More progress shots clockwise from upper left:

1) Dash stripped down to bare metal and any unneeded holes patched.

2) The same has been done to the window surrounds.

3) Dash started to be primed for paint.

4) WIndow surrounds also primed and ready for paint.

3 & 4) Passenger and driver’s side window surrounds both painted.

After the final dry fitting, they make sure all electrical and plumbing runs work out nicely and photograph each floor area to document where everything is run just in case I need to find something in the future.

Clockwise from upper left:
1) The vertical grain douglas fur veneer is being applied to the ceiling.
2) Starting from the rear of the bus, they apply the finish to the ceiling veneer.
3) Working their way toward the front of the bus. 4) Just about done. Now that this is in, they can start to install the cabinets for the last time!

Oh… even better… here it is with the first coat of finish on it. Now I just have to decide if I want the final finish to be semi-gloss or high-gloss.
